WHAT WILL AN APPOINTMENT SETTER FOR SALES DO FOR YOU?

Core responsibilities & Deliverables

  • Fast and high-quality engagement with inbound leads and enquiries
  • Outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, Database, Partnerships and Community Groups
  • Engagement, Management and Conversion of a pipeline of prospects in order to reach monthly revenue generation goals
  • Ensure you are reaching KPIs and key inputs to achieve targets
  • Use of CRM to manage pipeline and ensure quality handover and customer experience through quality notes and updates
  • Taking a leadership role on acquisition events in terms of planning, execution, conversion and delivery
  • Working with marketing to build and execute quarterly and monthly strategies
  • Ongoing development and improvement of the sales process to improve conversion and results
  • Providing an excellent customer experience aligned with our brand position

Skills and Knowledge

  • Fluent English is written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous Sales Experience in a similar role and industry
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Good organizational skills
  • Excellent skills in using computers and online tools for a variety of tasks
  • Proactive communication of sales pipelines, lead quality and customer feedback
  • Can work during (insert timezone) business hours
