What is the difference between HubSpot Tech and Dev Support?
A HubSpot Tech is an expert in HubSpot and can manage all the set and ongoing management of the platform outside of dev work. A HubSpot dev understands HubSpot programming language - HubL, and manages the back end to customise the platform further.
What are some example of what a HubSpot Tech can do?
A HubSpot Tech can edit settings and accounts, build workflows, create custom fields, create or edit forms, build reports, insert EDM or social posts, import and export data, minor edits to hubspot CMS websites and landing pages. These are your heavy lifters who do all the hard work in the background to make sure the platform is working as desired.
What are some example of what a HubSpot Dev can do?
A HubSpot Dev can develop applications, using API, provide custom integrations, build website and landing pages, customize quote and email templates, optimise some SEO recommendations (Dev only) and manage third party integrations. Please note some of this projects can take many hours of work and may require additional pricing to complete if urgency is required.
What is the difference between a 1 hour training and 1 hour strategy session
A training session is designed to show you how to use aspects of the platform that are already set up. A strategy session seeks to explore how you can enhance and optimise the platform. Strategy sessions will have follow up tasks and actions. Training will not.
What is TTP Slack CRM optimization community?
You will have access to a specific slack CRM community channel where you can network, learn or ask questions. This channel is monitored by TTP HubSpot experts who will be available to answer questions and provide advice.
What is the HubSpot Pro connect?
A monthly group CRM education session hosted by a HubSpot expert. There will be a monthly topic and you will also have the chance to ask questions about any issues you currently are facing.
Do your monthly hours roll over?
For On-Demand there is no expiry for blocks of hours, use them as you wish. For Ongoing Support Blocks your contracted monthly hours must be used within the month.
What are SLA for delivery work?
Requests are managed through the customer portal, with response times and implementation times based on your packages. Please note in some instances, based on the complexity of the request, some projects may take more time, however this will be made clear to you.
