• Maintain customer database by entering customer profile details into the designated CRM software

• Monitor sales inquiries from phone calls, website inquiry form, or social media inquiries

Sales Manager

Responsible in leading the sales team to reach sales targets. The primary tasked is to create sales materials templates including sales proposal, price list and presentation.

Sales Representative

In charge of answering incoming and outgoing calls to existing and future clients. They sell products or services for a company.
