They are also responsible in analysing and comparing different home loan options available to the client.

• A minimum of 2 to 4 years in the profession is required.

Estimator

Creates a cost estimate for a new or ongoing project and calculates the total cost of that project.

They are also responsible for creating a list with all the needed materials and writing down an estimated amount necessary to complete the client’s project.
