‘Trust the Process’ provides a shift in mindset to help Maid My Day systemise their business

Maid My Day, a rapidly growing cleaning company who specialises in home, office, strata and aged care cleaning has been operating for over 14 years on the East coast of Australia. A company with over 200 staff with even bigger goals they have given themselves the target to double their revenue in 2020.

ACF is an Air Conditioning and Mechanical Services small business based in the inner west of Sydney, however, works all around the greater Sydney area. They work residential and commercial and obviously the period around summer is their busiest time.
