Creating deals:
Use deals in HubSpot to track potential revenue. Create a deal when a contact takes an action that could lead to revenue, such as booking a meeting with you to discuss your product or service.
In this video, we will show you how to navigate within the deal section (creating and editing deals) under Sales.
You can see the deals created by all of the members in your HubSpot account by going to CRM > Deals.
When a deal is created, a deal record should be associated with the contacts and companies that are involved with the deal. This helps HubSpot with associating all the relevant activities of the associated contacts or companies tagged to the deal record.
Take note that you need to make sure that you are in the correct pipeline, before creating a deal to avoid confusion as to where the deals created have gone.
